A new client asked us the other day on our pre-event call:
“What learnings can we expect from the day?”
Our quick-fire response would have been to reel off all the benefits of a day on the farm which we those we know to be the case.
Those we set out in our proposals such as:
👐 level playing field
👁️🗨️ alternative perspectives
🐑 unpredictable behaviour of sheep
😆 subconscious learning whilst having fun
🌳 being at one with nature
🤝 increasing trust
📵 digital detox
💡 promoting creativity
📷 shared memories
But we didn’t. It wouldn’t have felt right.
Just as for any experiential learning activity, the actual take-aways will slightly differ for each participant.
Which on its own might sound a slightly curt response to the question.
Instead we shared a couple of comments made by recent delegates on their Reflection Sheets which were easy to hand on the desk.
