Before me is a small flock of sheep contentedly munching on lush green grass.
Birdsong.
Insects buzzing.
The breeze in the trees.
The glorious aroma of fresh countryside air.
And I have to remind myself that I’m ** at work ** – somewhat different to my former corporate workplaces!
We’re all set up and awaiting the arrival of another team of corporate execs.
What a contrast this will be from their normal working environment.
No screens.
No interruptions.
Wellies and jeans.
Moving about.
Having fun.
And learning. About themselves and their co-workers.
