Together with possibly the hardest working team member, their trusted Border Collie Gilly.
They co-founded the award-winning team building business which came about purely by accident.
The concept of luring people to the alien environment of a sheep farm was initially for a youth charity. Such was the transformation in the team spirit, confidence levels, communication and leadership skills, one or two local companies asked to bring their own teams along.
A lucky break in the form of IKEA came in 2012, who brought many of their Bristol store colleagues to a local sheep farm over a series of days, as part of their management training programme.
And Raising the Baa has helped to transform teams of large corporate organisations ever since.
Work patterns have changed significantly. Most teams are now dispersed, working partly from home or other remote locations. The need to gather together in person from time to time has become a higher priority.
We recognise that organisational needs are evolving so our range of programmes are expanding soon to reflect this.
