Area Manager at the food WAREHOUSE, Laura Sims, wanted to herd her newly formed team together ahead of the company’s busiest time of year – Christmas. Laura felt that the experience was an innovative and fresh way to assess their skillsets and that it helped her team realise that communication is key, where ‘one size’ does not fit all people. the food WAREHOUSE wants to stand out in the jobs sector to attract the best retail professionals and investing in their people in this way is one way of demonstrating their innovation and creativity.
