The lambs have been given the best start of a new life during lockdown. For all our stakeholders life is slowly starting afresh too. How have we dealt with the pattern interrupt? Sheep farmers overcame foot and mouth (twice), so coronavirus is not going to stop us from changing and driving forward. Teams are slowly re-forming, adjusting to new ways of working and communication. We can’t wait to help reunite workers, safely of course, down on the farm for some fresh air thinking and celebrations.
