The Sheep Dip Podcast - Raising The Baa

The first series of our weekly podcast SheepDip features Head Shepherd and founder Chris Farnsworth in conversation with our principal facilitator Paul Warriner. It kicks off with the origins of Raising the Baa, discusses the three perspectives of our teambuilding – Sheep, Shepherd and Dog – then covers one topic at a time, the most common learnings fed back to us by our clients.

Series 2 involves Chris and co-founder Caroline interviewing a special guest, exploring their insights and current thinking related the world of learning and development.

Each month we record an episode from the farm, illustrating a day in the life of a shepherd. So many questions are asked whilst on our team building programmes about sheep and farming, this is our way of bringing all the answers together.
